Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 May 2026

These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of cellarise.com and its subpages (the Site). The Site is operated by J M Barry Management Pty Ltd (ABN 68 132 496 247), trading as Cellarise (Cellarise, we, us, our). “Cellarise” is a business name registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

Cellarise is the AI agentic software development house that delivers custom web applications and integrations to businesses. The Site is an informational and marketing website: it describes that work, publishes free guides and articles, and lets you send a project brief or enquiry. The Site does not itself deliver the services or give you access to any software we build for clients.

2. Information, not advice

The guides, articles and other content on the Site are general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial or operational advice and do not take account of your particular circumstances. You should assess whether the content is appropriate for your business and obtain your own advice before acting on it.

3. Enquiries, project briefs and pricing

Sending a project brief or enquiry through the Site does not create a contract for services and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Any engagement of Cellarise is governed by a separate written services agreement. Pricing shown on the Site is provided for information, may change, and is confirmed only in that services agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, guides, articles, the Cellarise mark, the “Cellarise” wordmark, graphics, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to Cellarise and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers or connected networks;
  • scrape, harvest or use automated means to extract content or data from the Site beyond ordinary browsing and standard search-engine indexing;
  • submit false, misleading or malicious information through any form; or
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Cellarise or any third party.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience and do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, products or practices of any third-party site. Accessing a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content is current or accurate. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law Cellarise is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and Cellarise submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. Contact us
